Refund Policy.

As FACS PROMIMIK (operated by Özgür Sahin) operates exclusively in a Business-to-Business (B2B) capacity, providing on-demand, high-compute behavioral analytics, our refund protocol is strictly defined to prevent abuse while ensuring absolute technical fairness.

All global transactions and refunds are managed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. All purchases are strictly subject to Paddle's global Refund Policy. To view the full policy or to submit a refund request, please visit the buyer support site at https://paddle.net.

1. Successful Verifications (Non-Refundable)

Once a Verification Credit has been utilized and the Trait-x-State Engine™ has successfully generated and delivered the interactive forensic timeline or PDF report, the service is deemed fully consumed.

2. System Failures & Credit Restoration (SLA)

We stand behind our infrastructure. If an analysis fails to complete due to an internal server-side error, cloud timeout, or an unprocessable media format, the system will automatically halt the operation. No Verification Credit will be permanently deducted. The credit will automatically be restored to your workspace balance for future use. You never lose resources due to technical anomalies.

3. Untouched Packages & Paddle Billing

All global transactions are managed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Unused credit packages may be eligible for a monetary refund within 14 days of purchase. For billing inquiries, invoices, or refund requests, please visit https://paddle.net.
