Absolute discretion is the foundation of FACS PROMIMIK (operated by Özgür Sahin). We operate under a strict Zero-Retention Architecture designed to exceed EU GDPR compliance.
1. Ephemeral Processing (Zero Data Retention)
When you upload media for analysis, the files are securely transmitted via bank-grade TLS 1.3 encryption to our isolated Google Cloud nodes in Frankfurt, Germany. The media is processed entirely in volatile memory (RAM). Enforced by a strict 24-hour hardware failsafe, any interrupted uploads or system fragments are cryptographically shattered on the server level. We do not indefinitely store, log, or train our models on your classified uploads.
2. Authentication & Workspace Data
We utilize a Passwordless Encrypted Link Access system. We only collect and temporarily store the absolute minimal data required to maintain your enterprise account, prevent unauthorized access, and deliver our services (i.e., your verified corporate email address and basic session tokens).
3. Enterprise Invoicing & Financial Data
To guarantee absolute financial privacy and operational security for our corporate clients, we strictly bypass third-party payment gateways and mass-market credit card processors. All financial operations and workspace allocations are managed exclusively via secure, direct B2B invoicing and verified bank transfers. We do not collect, process, or store sensitive credit card data on our servers. Essential corporate billing information required for tax compliance is stored securely on encrypted offline ledgers in accordance with statutory accounting and tax retention laws in Germany.
4. Your Rights under GDPR
As an EU-based entity, we strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data (email address) at any time by contacting support@promimik.de. Note that since we do not store your analyzed media, we cannot retrieve past video files or reports once your session is closed.
